Israel R. Hillery is a performance artist, director, educator, and playwright who currently resides in New York City.
He is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. He holds a Masters of Music in Music Theatre Performance through the Steinhardt School of Education, Culture, and Development at New York University. He graduated in 2006 from Webster University (Saint Louis, MO) with a B.A. in Music after studying musical theatre and classical voice. He is a member and of the Actors Equity Association and The International Thespian Society as well as a proud supporter of the National Endowment for the Arts and the Coalition of Theater Educators and Teachers.
